Perform month, quarter, and year-end closure activities, including analysis of actual results against budget, forecast, and previous year (PY), as well as P&L analysis
Create and maintain reporting packages
Develop and ensure standard costs are accurate and meet the cost improvement objectives set by Operations
Act as a business partner for Operations, Engineering, and other functional leaders, providing critical information and analysis for decision-making
Ensure inventory management accuracy and analyze inventory levels and days inventory on-hand (DIO) to meet ISC/Operations targets
Collect and analyze data to support financial insights
Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, MBA, Business, Education, Manufacturing, Business/Administration, or related fields
Good commercial sense, strategic thinking, flexibility, and open-mindedness
Proficiency in MS Office
Previous experience as a plant controller in a manufacturing environment
