As a Corporate Associate Lawyer, you will support complex, cross-border mergers and acquisitions and related advisory work within Ashurst Perkins Coie's Projects, Energy, Environment & Resources practice. You will collaborate with colleagues across offices on multidisciplinary matters and help steer high-profile transactions from due diligence through closing. You'll work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and mentor junior team members while upholding top-quality, precise work.
