As the evening begins, the bar comes to life with an intimate coastal atmosphere, warm lighting, and a mixology program built around quality, creativity, and attention to detail. About the Role As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our international clientele, setting the tone for an unforgettable evening. Beyond welcoming guests, you will support the team during service, ensuring the venue remains inviting and polished. Your role is vital in maintaining the premium quality of service expected at the Nikki Beach Cocktail Club, blending warm hospitality with proactive assistance wherever needed. Prerequisites Fluent English; basic Italian required, additional languages a plus Previous experience in hospitality or guest-facing roles is preferred Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, welcoming presence Ability to multitask and support the team throughout service Must have the right to work in Italy full-time (we do not sponsor visas) Recruitment Timeline CV screening begins in February Interviews start mid-February Compensation: Competitive salary #J-18808-Ljbffr
