Con una solida rete professionale e un'ampia gamma di servizi, sosteniamo progetti di ricerca e sviluppo, facciamo crescere nuovi talenti, accompagniamo le start-up e rendiamo il territorio e le sue aziende più competitive, a prova di futuro.Stiamo cercando un/a Subject Matter Expert per sviluppare il tema “Sustainable Buildings & Districts” della nostra strategia di specializzazione.Sosterrà le aziende locali e i centri di ricerca per ideare, elaborare e coordinare progetti di ricerca e sviluppo. Svilupperà relazioni con gli stakeholder del settore e avvierà collaborazioni tra aziende e centri di ricerca, come per esempio l'organizzazione di eventi di informazione tecnologica.Le affidiamo:Avvio e sviluppo di progetti di innovazione nel campo degli " Sustainable Buildings & Districts " e supporto tecnico alla rete (R&D Consulting);Manutenzione e ulteriore sviluppo della rete (Networking & Cooperation);Organizzazione e gestione di conferenze e seminari (trasferimento di know-how);Lei: ha una laurea in ingegneria civile o simili;ha esperienza professionale nel campo della sostenibilità nell'edilizia (costituisce un vantaggio);ha esperienza nella gestione di progetti;ha adattabilità e capacità di lavorare in gruppo, flessibilità, senso di responsabilità e uno stile di lavoro indipendente;ha un’ottima conoscenza del tedesco e dell'italiano e buona conoscenza dell'inglese;Vuole crescere in un ambiente di lavoro stimolante e internazionale?Allora la NOI S.p.A. è il posto giusto per lei.
