Azienza di Ricerca e Selezione sta cercando per un Cliente Multinazionale un Junior Air Export. Il candidato/a ideale dovrà essere in possesso dei seguenti requisiti: - gestione delle spedizioni aeree in export, garantendo conformità normativa, efficienza operativa, precisione documentale e un elevato livello di servizio al cliente. - capacità di collaborare quotidianamente con clienti, compagnie aeree, uffici doganali, partner esteri e reparti interni. - capacità di organizzare e coordinare tutte le fasi del trasporto aereo export, dal ritiro alla consegna alla compagnia aerea. - prenotare spazi con le compagnie aeree e gestire allotment o consolidati. - preparare e verificare la documentazione di spedizione: AWB, HAWB, manifest, istruzioni di esportazione, lettere di incarico. - Creare e gestire le pratiche nel TMS aziendale e nei sistemi delle compagnie aeree. - Documentazione e compliance doganale - Garantire il rispetto delle normative doganali, IATA, sicurezza cargo e normative sui materiali pericolosi (se applicabile). - Collaborare con broker doganali interni/esterni per la corretta emissione delle dichiarazioni. - Comunicazione e customer service - Mantenere un contatto costante con i clienti, fornendo aggiornamenti sullo stato delle spedizioni e gestendo eventuali criticità. - Coordinarsi con gli uffici esteri del network per la corretta gestione della spedizione lato destination. - Inserire costi e ricavi nel sistema gestionale, garantend accuratezza dei dati per la fatturazione. - Controllare la correttezza delle tariffe applicate (tariffe aeree, fuel surcharge, security, handling, consegne, ecc.). - Archiviare la documentazione secondo le procedure aziendali. - Esperienza pregressa (2 – 3 anni) in spedizioni aeree presso spedizionieri internazionali. - Conoscenza approfondita delle pratiche operative export e della documentazione AWB/HAWB. - Inglese Fluente - Capacità organizzative, gestionali, analitiche - Proattività, accuratezza, attenzione al dettaglio - Buona capacità di lavorare in team - Precisione, affidabilità ed attenzione ai dettagli - Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione e gestire scadenze molto strette - Disponibilità full time - Residenza in zone limitrofe alla sede di lavoro (Pioltello)
