Project Manager - Arredamento su misura | Contract, Hotel, Horeca & Retail Siamo un’azienda specializzata nella progettazione e realizzazione di arredi su misura per hotel, bar, ristoranti, gelaterie, negozi e spazi commerciali , e siamo alla ricerca di un/a Project Manager con esperienza nella gestione di commesse contract . La figura seguirà i progetti end-to-end , dalla conferma ordine alla consegna e installazione finale. Responsabilità principali Gestione completa delle commesse di arredamento su misura per hotel, Horeca e Retail Pianificazione attività, tempi, costi e milestone di progetto Coordinamento di ufficio tecnico, produzione, fornitori, montatori e cantieri Interfaccia diretta con il cliente B2B (hotel, catene, imprenditori, general contractor) Controllo di budget, costi e marginalità di commessa Gestione delle varianti in corso d’opera Monitoraggio qualità, tempi di consegna e installazione Supporto alla chiusura commessa e post-vendita Requisiti richiesti Esperienza come Project Manager / Responsabile di Commessa nel settore arredamento su misura, contract, hotel, falegnameria o interior Esperienza nella gestione di progetti Hotel, Horeca e Retail Conoscenza dei processi produttivi (legno, metallo, vetro, superfici, imbottiti, impianti) Capacità di lettura di disegni tecnici ed esecutivi Esperienza nella gestione di cantieri e fasi di montaggio Ottima capacità di gestione clienti B2B Buona conoscenza di Excel e gestionali/ERP di commessa Conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello operativo) Soft skills Ottima organizzazione e gestione delle priorità Leadership operativa e capacità di coordinamento Problem solving pratico e orientamento al risultato Spiccate doti comunicative e relazionali Capacità di lavorare su più commesse in parallelo Modalità di collaborazione Proponiamo due modalità di inserimento, in base all’esperienza e alle preferenze del candidato: - Collaborazione in Partita IVA - Assunzione a tempo indeterminato In entrambi i casi è previsto un periodo di prova di 3 mesi, finalizzato alla valutazione reciproca e all’inserimento operativo nel team.
