Role: The resource will join in the MDA department dedicated to the Built-in (BI) and Small Domestic Appliances (SDA), supporting the Ecommerce Manager and the MDA Sales Online Leader in managing online sales activities and monitoring platform performance with Online customers as Amazon, Mediaworld and Unieuro. Responsibilities: Monitor daily online business performance for KA, SDA, and AC categories, tracking sales trends, stock levels, and key performance indicators Support the MDA Online Leader providing a demand plan, forecasting sellout and promotional plan every month Purchase orders management in cooperation with Logistic Team Support the MDA Online Leader by preparing financial documents, verifying transaction data, and resolving disputes efficiently Manage and update product content, including image editing, PDP (Product Detail Page) checks, and content uploads to ensure accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency across platforms, in full respect of SEO principles Monitor daily pricing for Hisense and competitor products, ensuring competitive positioning and alignment with pricing strategy Maintain and update internal databases, ensuring data reliability for reporting, performance tracking, and strategic analysis Analyze online market data and trends, identifying opportunities for growth, assortment improvement, and promotional optimization Handle daily reconciliation and tracking of chargebacks, debit notes, and related financial transactions to ensure accuracy and timely reporting Collaborate with marketing and category teams to ensure effective online visibility, promotional activities, and product launches.
