Your Role / Il tuo ruolo We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of online and offline media. As a Creative Graphic Designer, you will be at the forefront of creating compelling graphic designs and executing strategic multi-channel and social media marketing campaigns. You will oversee graphic design needs, support to facilitate marketing campaigns from inception to completion, and collaborate closely with our Creative Director and fashion design team. Your work will play a role in achieving our quarterly and yearly goals. Key Responsibilities / Responsabilità Develop engaging and on-brand graphics for online and offline media, including websites, brand-books, magazines, product packaging, retail shops, and more. Collaborate with a young and dynamic creative team in Milan. Manage the design process, from defining requirements to visualizing and creating graphics. Conceptualize visuals based on requirements and prepare rough drafts. Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand. Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand. Work with copywriters and the Creative Director to produce final designs. Test graphics across various media and amend designs based on feedback. Liaise with the Fashion Designer VM Team to ensure deadlines are met. Refine images, fonts, and layouts using various graphic design software. Apply typography techniques and stay up to date with industry developments and trends.
