IT Functional Analyst

La risorsa sarà inserita nella Business Unit Industry per un importante cliente del settore LifeScience (Pharma) e si occuperà di:
- Elaborare, integrare ed analizzare i dati estratti da diversi sistemi informativi, garantendone l’affidabilità e la fruibilità da parte dell’utente finale;
- Provvedere alle attività di manutenzione, ordinarie e non, di un sistema di CRM, comprendendone appieno le funzionalità, l’integrazione con gli altri sistemi e le reali necessità di utilizzo da parte degli utenti finali;
- Comprendere i processi aziendali del cliente, individuando, in maniera critica, punti di miglioramento e possibili innovazioni.
Requisiti:
- Pregressa esperienza di 1-3 anni in società di consulenza multinazionali. Costituisce titolo preferenziale l’aver lavorato per clienti dell'ambito Pharma;
- Buone doti di pianificazione e analisi funzionale dei processi;
- Conoscenze base di CRM (preferibilmente Salesforce o Veeva);
- Conoscenza SQL e data model e processi ETL;
- Esperienza nel data cleaning;
- Ottima conoscenza di Excel e PowerPoint;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B2).
