This role will oversee the concept, development, and creative alignment of all product lines. brThe selected candidate will ensure stylistic harmony with brand values, drive product innovation, and interpret market signals into distinctive creative proposals. Additionally, they will lead the design group, managing workflows to meet calendar, budget, and strategic targets. brDirect and manage design team operations, optimizing resource allocation and collection planning. brConduct scouting trips to suppliers, trade fairs, and industry events globally for materials, textiles, and samples. brMonitor fashion trends, retail dynamics, and consumer shifts, converting them into creative inputs. brDevelop color plans, seasonal concepts, mood boards, and style guidelines consistent with brand identity. brReview and approve lab dips, color variations, prints, and pre-production samples, maintaining quality and technical standards. brMinimum 5 years of experience in fashion design leadership roles, preferably within lingerie, intimates, or beachwear sectors. brProven track record in managing creative teams and overseeing the end-to-end collection lifecycle. brInternational context experience highly valued, with strong abilities in interpreting global trends and diverse market needs. br~ Permanent employment br~ Available parking space br~1 remote work day per week br~ Indicative gross annual
