Overview In this role you bridge software development and IT operations to enable seamless delivery of Deel's applications. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve deployment processes, automate tasks, and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing systems. Your work reduces downtime and accelerates feature releases, directly impacting our ability to serve global customers. Retribuzione / Benefits Stock grant opportunities Optional flexible working office membership Additional perks and benefits based on employment status and country Responsabilità Work with the latest AWS technologies like Kubernetes (EKS), S3, Postgres, DocumentDB, and more Manage our AWS production deployments (SaaS) running on AWS EKS Design and develop tools for managing and applying DevOps principles, such as CI/CD automation and IaC on our cloud-based production systems Enhance production stability, availability, and reliability Install, configure, update and troubleshoot product microservices and databases Design and manage monitoring and observability tools for troubleshooting production issues Requisiti fondamentali ~5+ years of DevOps experience in production environments ~ Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes ~ Experience with CI/CD tools (Drone, Jenkins, GitHub Actions or similar) ~ Strong IT background ~ Deep understanding of networking (K8S ingress, services, load balancers) ~ AWS services including EKS, Postgres, S3, Mongo, SES, SNS, SQS ~ Experience in automated deployment and infrastructure ~ Knowledge of alerting and monitoring tools ~ Additional programming languages like NodeJS is an advantage ~ Results-driven with strong commitment to completing tasks ~ Docker ~ Kubernetes ~ CI/CD (Drone, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) ~ AWS (EKS, S3, Postgres, Mongo, SES, SNS, SQS) ~ Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
