YOUR ROLE Inside EMEA Integrated Business Management and Sales Operation main organization, you will be part of the EMEA Customer Service Team - Cluster Industrial and Personal Electronics . This role is strategic in our customer experience and operational excellence to ensure consistent and high-quality support across the entire end to end process. The new team member will play key role in delivering an exceptional service level to customers, improving responsiveness, building long-term customer relationships and enabling our sales team to focus on the business growth. Main Tasks- Manage customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Serve as primary point of contact for customers, providing prompt and professional support.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Quality to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Monitor order execution, identify potential risks and drive timely corrective actions.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize customer service process and operational efficiency.
- Strengthen collaboration across organizations and departments.
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree
- Preferred previous experience in Customer Service, Order Management or Planning (1 or 2 years).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. Additional European languages are considered a plus.
- Strong attention to details and analytical mindset.
- Strong communication and stakeholder’s management skills.
- High level of ownership, accountability and problem-solving ability.
- Strong motivation to work in a team with collaborative attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong resilience and ability to perform effectively under pressure, managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Ability to navigate challenging customer situations and tight deadlines.
