ATM, nel contesto di realizzazione del nuovo piano strategico, in un'ottica di miglioramento continuo del servizio e con l'obiettivo di potenziare la Direzione Rolling Stock & Bus Maintenance, ricerca Head of Subway/Tramway Rolling Stock Maintenance, da inserire nella struttura operativa che si occupa della manutenzione di rotabili metropolitani e tranviari. La risorsa sarà Responsabile della Funzione di Esecuzione della Manutenzione della Flotta, ovvero del team di manutentori che esegue la manutenzione tecnica di un rotabile (metro o tram) e gestisce la documentazione relativa alla reimmissione in servizio. Presa in consegna e restituzione del materiale rotabile in sicurezza, in efficienza e garantendo i requisiti di comfort al cliente nel rispetto degli interventi manutentivi programmati e della programmazione a breve termine delle attività di manutenzione;
Verifica e controllo della corretta esecuzione degli interventi manutentivi, della gestione operativa del personale assegnato e dell'impianto nel rispetto delle norme e dei regolamenti secondo gli standard di qualità, produttività ed economicità assegnati;
Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Meccanica, Aerospaziale, Elettronica o Elettrica;
Conoscenza dei principi fondamentali della manutenzione corrente di primo livello dei rotabili, ossia della manutenzione preventiva e correttiva;
Capacità di leggere e interpretare la documentazione tecnica (disegni meccanici, schemi elettrici, schemi pneumatici, ecc.);
Buona conoscenza dei sistemi informatici e software (SAP, Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ecc.).
Capacità di lavorare in team, capacità di comunicazione interpersonale, capacità di gestione dei conflitti nonché proattività e competenze per poter prendere decisioni in modo autonomo;
1 o l'appartenenza alle categorie protette di cui all'art. I candidati/e dovranno presentare autocertificazione relativa ai propri dati anagrafici, ai titoli posseduti, agli impieghi ed esperienze professionali maturate e ad eventuali condanne penali e\ O carichi pendenti.
