You will be part of the Avvale's innovative HCM CoE, a team dedicated to delivering cutting-edge projects and managing top-tier services in the HCM space.

Conducting analysis sessions with clients to gather both functional and technical requirements related to business and HR processes, with a focus on the HCM domain;
Proactively participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions;
Training users on the implemented solutions;
Creating effective visual presentations to support communication and solution adoption;
Acting as a mentor and Team Leader for junior consultants.

Proficiency in C# development and working with relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server);
Ability to work in a global environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
Results-oriented, with the ability to work both independently and within virtual teams;
Fluency in both Italian and English, written and spoken;
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies;
Familiarity with Success Factors, and Workday solutions is considered a plus.
