Per azienda cliente operante nel settore alimentare e facente parte di un gruppo internazionale, Adecco ricerca un Procurement and Buyer Assistant.La figura ricercata, riportando al Purchase Manager, garantira l'approvvigionamento di materie prime e materiali necessari alle attivita aziendali, gestendo fornitori, negoziando contratti, monitorando gli inventari e collaborando con i team interni per assicurare qualita, costi ottimali e conformita agli standard.Responsabilita principali: Gestire le attivita di approvvigionamento e supply chain, con attenzione al back office, al controllo degli ordini, al monitoraggio delle consegne e alla gestione delle giacenze di magazzino. Curare i rapporti con fornitori strategici, assicurando qualita, rispetto dei costi e delle tempistiche di consegna. Monitorare le performance dei fornitori e la conformita agli standard di sicurezza alimentare e sostenibilita. Promuovere iniziative di ottimizzazione dei costi e miglioramento dell'efficienza operativa. Analizzare KPI legati al procurement e garantire il rispetto delle politiche aziendali e normative di settore.Requisiti: Esperienza nel procurement e/o nella supply chain, preferibilmente nel settore alimentare o beverage. Solida conoscenza dei processi di approvvigionamento e gestione contratti. Padronanza dei sistemi ERP (SAP, Oracle o equivalenti) e ottima conoscenza di Excel. Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese per relazioni esterni e interne (lingua utilizzata all'interno del Gruppo)E' considerata un plus la conoscenza degli standard del settore alimentare, della sicurezza alimentare e dei requisiti normativi.Sede: vicinanze di AlpignanoOrario: full time - centrale. Non e' previsto lo smart working. Offerta: inserimento diretto in azienda con contratto iniziale a tempo determinato di 1 anno, finalizzato alla stabilizzazione. Disponibilita oraria: Full Time
