Overview As Architecture & Innovation Lead, you are part of the overall IT Service BST Organisation. In this role, you will be coordinating, planning and steering, by representing the IT architectural authority and guiding the end-to-end business application architecture development and maintenance for a Service Business Unit, based on business processes and while utilizing innovative approaches and technologies. You will be responsible for coordinating the activities to determine the future state of the BU's Application landscape and engages wherever and whomever necessary to help guide project/delivery teams to achieve the future state. You will foster latest and innovative technology usage in a pragmatic and cost-efficient way. Your responsibilities Accountable for developing, documenting and communicating the adaptive IT architecture, standards and roadmap for business applications of the BU Ensure that all IT applications, solution designs and components fit together end-to-end from a business and technical perspective and support the requirements of the BU. Collaborate with Enterprise Architects for Business Applications to drive towards common global applications and standards and to align related architectures across BUs Collaborate with Enterprise Architects across Hitachi Energy to establish and maintain a consistent Enterprise Architecture overall Collaborate across IT teams to develop the lifecycle roadmap for IT solutions and guide its implementation Engage with business and IT stakeholders to develop data architecture for the BU Interacts with functional/business unit stakeholders to develop and maintain Service Business Unit enterprise architecture landscape based on business processes and enterprise data flows Guides Service BST Project Delivery and Implementation teams to ensure program and project delivery following agreed enterprise architecture Contribute to Hitachi Energy Enterprise Architecture Community of Practice by supporting development and improvement of architecture processes, practices etc. Your background Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 15 years profound experience in IT technology including minimum 10 years' experience in IT within service organizations with a global and multinational footprint Minimum 5 years' experience in enterprise architecture, innovation management or technology scouting Familiar with service oriented business processes end-to-end Excellent leadership and communication skills necessary to engage with business and non-IT stakeholders Familiar with key IT technologies and areas for service delivery organizations Used to work in large global geographically distributed organisations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and fluent English Accessibility accommodation Qualified individuals with a disability may request a reasonable accommodation if you are unable or limited in your ability to use or access the Hitachi Energy career site as a result of your disability.
