Join to apply for the Salesforce Director role at Aims International Italia Società BenefitOur client is a leading consulting firm, specialized in business integration and digital transformation, with a strong international presence and a constant growth trend.The Group partners with global leaders such as SAP and Salesforce, delivering innovative solutions that help organizations evolve their business models and accelerate digital transformation.To further strengthen its Salesforce practice and consolidate market leadership, it has entrusted us with the search for a:Main ResponsibilitiesReporting directly to the CEO, the Salesforce Director will be responsible for defining and implementing the growth strategy of the Salesforce practice, overseeing its development and contributing to the company's expansion in the Italian market.Strategic & Business Development: design and deliver initiatives to strengthen the company's positioning in the Salesforce ecosystem, secure new enterprise clients, and expand existing accounts.Practice Development: build and grow the Salesforce unit, ensuring recruitment, certifications, and continuous professional development of the team.Leadership & People Management: guide and inspire a team of around 15 professionals (mainly based in Rome), driving performance and efficiency.Quality & Standards: define and implement best practices in project delivery and AMS (Application Management Services).Proven track record in managing Salesforce-driven growth initiatives, with strong commercial orientation.Master's degree, fluent English, and executive-level presence.Availability for frequent national travel.
