Responsibilities - Design and develop customized ServiceNow solutions, using best practices and ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructures. - Analyze and optimize business processes, proposing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the consistency and scalability of ServiceNow solutions. - Provide technical consulting on platform improvements and upgrades. - Ensure compliance with security regulations and standards. Requirements The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: /- A degree in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics). - At least 3 years of proven experience with ServiceNow, with strong knowledge of platform configuration, scripting, and workflows. - In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM functionalities. - Experience in large-scale implementation projects and complex environments. Additional Skills - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage priorities. - Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders, both technical and non‐technical.
