Job Title: EHS Specialist
Location: Gemonio, Italy - On site five days per week

As the EHS Specialist, you’ll be part of our Gemonio team working as an on-site employee. Your role will focus on minimizing health, safety, and environmental risks through thorough risk assessments, ongoing surveillance, and the implementation of improvement actions. You will coordinate and deliver staff training on EHS procedures and prevention programs in collaboration with HR and the EHS Manager, while also monitoring and reporting EHS performance, organizing audits, and conducting internal inspections to verify compliance. Additionally, you will uphold the Company’s Social Responsibility principles and proactively address any non-compliance issues.

You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. Experience in EHS roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Knowledge of Italian environmental and safety regulations, especially Legislative Decree 81/08.
Ability to coordinate training and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
