The Role Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead our business development efforts in Central Europe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the industrial waste recycling sector. You will be responsible for business development in Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market share. Identify and engage with potential clients in industries generating plastic and paper waste, such as manufacturing, packaging, and distribution sectors. Define clear objectives and action plans for acquiring and reselling plastics, paper, and other recyclable materials. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive activities, and potential areas for business expansion. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and personalized responses and solutions. Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring profitability and sustainable partnerships. Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring favourable terms that align with company objectives and profitability targets. Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals, outlining value propositions andcompetitive advantages. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of customer contracts and service delivery. Provide market insights and customer feedback to internal stakeholders to optimize product offerings and service delivery. Provide regular feedback to management on market developments, sales performance, and potential areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical sourcing practices in all procurement activities. Ideal Profile Requirements: You have at least 5 years experience within a B2B Account Management or B2B Sales / Account Executive role, ideally within the Infrastructure & Waste Management and Metals & Steel industry. You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills. You are a strong networker & relationship builder You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
