Are you a creative force with a passion for visual storytelling and motion? Join our marketing team as a  Marketing Designer and help shape how our brand shows up across social, web, and product touchpoints. You’ll blend visual design, motion, and video to create impactful content that drives awareness and engagement.
We are a remote first team, primarily working fully remote, with a cozy office in Isola, Milan. We value in person collaboration when needed and prefer someone based in the Milan area who can occasionally join us in the office to work closely together, with flexibility.

Create scroll stopping motion graphics, product release videos, and animated visual assets for LinkedIn, social channels, the website, presentations, and campaigns
Design high impact static visuals including carousels, posts, UI assets, and layouts using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Live Story
Own the full creative loop from idea to storyboard to visual concept to finished motion and video output
Collaborate closely with the Brand Director to ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints
Design engaging landing pages and contribute to email templates for product updates and nurturing flows
Stay ahead of design, motion, and AI trends to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table

Strong motion design and video editing skills using After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools
~ Solid graphic design foundations including typography, layout, composition, and visual identity
~ Proven portfolio showcasing both motion work and visual design projects
~ Experience working with Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite
~ Ability to move fast and deliver high quality work in a dynamic, fast paced environment
~ Fluent in English


Familiarity with AI driven creative workflows such as Runway, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Sora, DALL·E, or similar tools
Shape a growing brand across multiple platforms and markets
Real ownership, creative freedom, and visible impact
