We are looking for a Head of Research & Development who will initially contribute hands‑on as a Senior AI/ML Developer. This role blends leadership, architecture, and deep model development.
Lead research and technical direction across AI, quantitative modeling, data pipelines, and platform architecture.
Own the full AI lifecycle: data ingestion → feature engineering → model training → inference → deployment.
Establish standards for testing, monitoring, and model reliability.
Collaborate closely with founders to align research with product and business outcomes.
Python (pandas, NumPy, PyTorch/TensorFlow)
SQL (PostgreSQL / SQL Server)
C#/.NET (for core platform integrations)
Strong background in transformers and attention mechanisms applied to sequential/time‑series data
