We are currently looking for a Principal Consultant to be part of our vibrant and fast‐growing Industrial Operations team (flexible location preferably north or south of Italy). YOUR ROLE IN LIFEBEE Within our Industrial Operations Business Line, reporting to the BL Manager, you will actively contribute to further developing and enhancing our business by driving and enhancing customer satisfaction and engagement through project and resource planning and coordination. You will lead projects for key local and international Clients in the Pharmaceutical industry by defining, planning, monitoring activities and resources, providing subject matter expertise as well as overseeing technical support when required You will oversee the implementation and integration of market‐leading software solutions for Life Sciences You will provide guidance and mentorship to other team members encouraging their professional growth and development You will be at the frontline enhancing close collaboration with local and global software vendors Furthermore, you will contribute to the growth and further development of LifeBee business by getting involved in sales activities such as offer preparation and negotiation with clients in line with profitability goals Lastly, you will also be involved in technical validation and review specification activities Profile and Skills Proven experience gained in similar roles, at least 5–6 years STEM degree preferred (e.g., computer science, computer engineering, biomedical engineering, statistics, mathematics, physics) Experience leading the digital delivery of IT software solutions in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in one or more of the following domains: MES/EBR, Serialization and Track & Trace, Business Analytics, Artificial Intelligence Knowledge of Pharmaceutical manufacturing/operations (planning, production, MBR/EBR, quality review, warehouse management) and maintenance processes or part of them as well as industry regulations (GMP) and guidelines (ISPE GAMP 5) Knowledge of coding languages (e.g., SQL, Javascript, Python) and MS Office productivity and project planning tools Proven track record of acting as main point of contact and reference for both internal and external teams and stakeholders Experience supporting junior team members and proven team‐building skills Project management skills Fluency in Italian and English is required Additional Skills Knowledge of industry (preferred in Life Science Market) digital solutions for: Automation and Integration Layer (e.g., Aveva PI, CanaryLabs, Aizon Unify/Predict, Zenon Copadata, Ignition and others) MES/EBR (e.g., Werum PAS‐X, Aizon Execute, Vimachem, Rockwell PharmSuite, Tulip, POMS and others) Maintenance (e.g., IBM Maximo, Infor Hexagon, SAP PM, Aptean and others) What We Offer Full‐time permanent employment contract Hybrid working policy Continuous technical and professional development training to build an incomparable highly and widely recognized professional profile Benefits package (Welfare, Health Insurance) Meal vouchers Excellent internal growth opportunities Competitive salary Welcome kit Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at ProductLife Group by 2x Get notified about new Digital Consultant jobs in Milan, Lombardy, Italy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
