We are a dynamic real estate and hospitality company focused on delivering exceptional experiences to our clients through innovative property management and tailored services. We are seeking a motivated intern to support our team in brand communication activities & on-field and off-field operations.
This is a hands-on role offering exposure to multiple facets of property management, brand communications, and customer experience. Client Acquisition & Sales Support:
Conducting online and physical property viewings.
Supporting contract renewals and managing unit availability.
Assisting the photographer with photoshootings and staging activities for new units.
Fiscal Codes, permit of stays, ATM cards).
Marketing & Communications Support:
Providing support during event preparation and execution.
Assisting with content production and editing for social media and other channels.
Property & Operations:
Supporting activities to make new units ready, including inventory management.
Creating new Manual Guides and updating existing ones as changes occur.
Assisting with bureaucratic and administrative tasks (contracts and papers) required to prepare a unit for rental.
Customer Care Support:
Collecting and managing surveys, feedback, and reviews.
Student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, Communication, Marketing or related fields.
Fluent in English
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proactive, flexible, and able to work independently
Interest in real estate, property management, operations and customer experience
Knowledge of other languages: Italian (any other language is a plus, considering that we work with international students from all around the world)
Flexible schedule
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation is a plus
Hands-on experience across sales, marketing, and operations
Possibility of full-time employment after successful completion of the internship
Engagement in networking events and company meet-ups with the broader RooFers community.
