Join our extraordinary team today Responsibilities The Field Quality Specialist will follow up the resolution of the issue raised from the Field, collecting information from the PDI and transferring into the Factory quality and collaborating with all the other teams (Manufacturing Engineering, Build quality, manufacturing, Engineering, Customer support). He/she will contact the Supplier if needed for issue resolution, especially for topics related to PPR. Ensure feedback from factory to Customer support is given in a timely manner, interacting with the different stakeholders. Collaborate to monitor and share the KPIs, and propose system improvements to reduce the Time to fix (TTF). PPR Support: Responsible for supporting the Issue resolution inside the factory. Bring information to the production line/manufacturing Eng./Eng., conduct investigations to help root cause identification, and collect/share information with stakeholders. PDI analysis and actions follow up: Monitor PDIs submitted by dealers; investigate and take actions into factory for fast issue resolution. Factory Communication: Communicate the issue from the field (PDI & concerns) to the Factory and ensure solution feedback is routed to Product Customer support. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years' experience in a quality environment. Experience with mobile equipment (such as agricultural, construction or forestry equipment; on/off-road trucks; or automobiles). Knowledgeable of Industrial Process and technology.
