La divisione HR di Randstad Professional, specializzata nella Ricerca e Selezione di profili di Middle & Senior management, ricerca per importante realtà cliente attiva nel settore della produzione di lusso, una figura di: Inventory Controller La figura, a diretto riporto del Responsabile del Controllo di Gestione ed in collaborazione con il team, si occuperà della gestione e supervisione delle seguenti attività: Redigere report gestionali mensili, trimestrali e annuali richiesti dalla casa madre, garantendo accuratezza, coerenza dei dati e rispetto delle scadenze; Monitorare i flussi di materiale (ingressi, uscite, resi e trasferimenti interni) lungo le diverse fasi del processo produttivo; Gestire il processo di valorizzazione dei materiali, la verifica degli stock e il controllo degli inventari fisici e contabili; Interfacciarsi in maniera continua con il reparto logistico e produttivo, effettuando controlli mensili e supportando la risoluzione di eventuali anomalie; Supportare le attività di pianificazione e approvvigionamento, contribuendo all'ottimizzazione dei livelli di stock in coerenza con le esigenze produttive e qualitative del settore lusso; Valutare l'efficienza dei processi attraverso l'analisi dei principali KPI (rotazione magazzino, copertura stock, accuratezza inventariale, differenze inventariali). Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale, Economia ed equipollenti; Ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office in particolare Excel; Esperienza compresa tra i 2 e i 5 anni in contesti industriali strutturati; Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e/o francese scritta e parlata; Capacità di analisi, problem solving, orientamento al risultato e flessibilità;
