Senior Recruiter
per supportare lo staff di consulenti nelle attività di ricerca e selezione.
In particolare la/il candidata/o ideale avrà la responsabilità di occuparsi dell'attività da mappature e ricerca diretta, screening di CV, report confidenziali per le aziende clienti, pubblicazione di annunci, interviste telefoniche, convocazione candidati, colloqui di selezione.
La candidatura ideale è in possesso di una Laurea in discipline giuridico economiche o umanistiche ed ha già maturato una pregressa esperienza nell'ambito delle risorse umane, preferibilmente presso società di selezione.
Siamo alla ricerca di una persona dinamica e flessibile, abituata ad operare all'interno di team snelli e non particolarmente strutturati e con buone doti relazionali e di comunicazione e problem solving.
Costituirà titolo preferenziale una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e una buona dimestichezza con gli strumenti informatici, in particolare Word, Excel, Power Point.
