JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Supports in planning and overseeing all repair and installation activities by evaluating a preventive or corrective maintenance strategy based on cost/benefit priorities.
  • Ensures compliance with the Integrated Management System (quality, environment, health and safety at work) procedures and documents related to job responsibilities.
  • Supports in the development of maintenance procedures and ensures program implementation.
  • Supports in increasing Safety Improvements into Machinery Safety matters.
  • Supports in the implementation of UMS (Unilever Manufacturing Standards) on Professional Maintenance.
  • Attends daily meetings in line with Run to Standard approach.
  • Tracks metrics to discover areas for improvement and monitor upgrades.
  • Supports in the collection and analysis of processing performance data for continuous improvement.
  • Uses process knowledge to help develop and deliver novel products and processes.
  • Works on the implementation of digital innovations and projects.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Educational Background : Engineering Master's Degree, preferably in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience : One to three years of previous similar experience.
  • Languages Skills : Native in Italian, Fluent in English.
  • Time management Skills : Extremely well-organized, precise and able to multi-task.
  • Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills : Strong problem-solving skills.
