Systems Analyst and Administrator

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented System Administrator and Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team in Trieste. In this role, you will oversee the entire company IT infrastructure and manage the cybersecurity and compliance aspects of the organization. A valid Italian work permit is required .
IT Infrastructure Management:
Configure, manage, and install software on employees' PCs, tablets, and mobile phones
Evaluate the purchase of additional software and hardware
Onboard employees on various software tools and IT procedures
Troubleshoot technical issues of employees' devices and act as the point of contact for IT support with suppliers
Manage backups, data recovery plans, and maintain company in-house systems
Create and maintain the inventory of all company software accounts, licenses, hardware, and users. Cybersecurity and Compliance:
Oversee the entire cyber and physical security aspects of the company
Ensure the proper use of security practices and train employees on security aspects
Be in charge of filling out security surveys for customers and partners.
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a field related to the position
At least 5 years of professional experience in system administration, cybersecurity, or Dev Ops
Native or very advanced Italian proficiency and professional English proficiency
Work in a dynamic and innovative software company in a critical security sector
