Il nostro cliente è una realtà internazionale, presente anche in Italia, attiva nel settore delle carte speciali, dei materiali autoadesivi e delle carte grafiche. Chi cerchiamo? Un Technical Customer Service & Business Development che, in qualità di tecnico e promoter, si occuperà di assistenza tecnica e, con spirito commerciale, promuoverà il prodotto proponendo soluzioni innovative. La figura opererà a stretto contatto con il responsabile commerciale Italia e il team tecnico europeo. Cosa fa il Technical Customer Service & Business Development?- Fornisce supporto tecnico su prodotti e materiali autoadesivi - Gestisce reclami tecnici e problematiche applicative - Collabora allo sviluppo di nuove applicazioni presso i clienti - Coordina test e validazioni tecniche con clienti e partner - Redige report e documentazione tecnica - Supporta il team commerciale nella gestione delle opportunità - Mantiene relazioni con clienti esistenti e contribuisce all'identificazione di nuove opportunità di business - Partecipa a fiere ed eventi di settore - Lavora in sinergia con team commerciali, qualità, marketing e HQ - Non ha responsabilità diretta di trattativa commerciale Candidato ideale - Diploma tecnico o formazione in ambito grafico - Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nel settore stampa (etichette, flexo, offset, digitale) o affini - Esperienza nella relazione tecnica con il cliente - Conoscenza della lingua inglese (minimo B1)- Disponibilità a trasferte - Soft skills: - Problem solving - Attitudine tecnico-commerciale - Capacità relazionale e di lavoro in team - Orientamento all'obiettivo - Capacità organizzative e di gestione delle priorità Cosa offriamo - Inserimento diretto in azienda - Sistema premiante legato a performance - Auto aziendale ad uso promiscuo Sede di lavoro: Milano Trasferte: 40% Italia, occasionali in Europa Smart working: non previsto Annuncio rivolto a candidati ambosessi (D.
