No /ph3Offer Description /h3pThe project reconstructs Odesa’s history from the late eighteenth to the early twentieth century to support urban heritage protection and enhancement in line with UNESCO recommendations and the Historic Urban Landscape approach. Drawing on international scholarship and French-language sources, it examines the city’s historical, social and cultural transformations and its multiethnic character.
