Join to apply for the SALES REPRESENTATIVE ROLLS - Italy role at Fedrigoni Group Purpose And Main Priorities Of The Role In this role, based in Basiano (MI), you will report to the Italian Sales Director Roll, and you will manage customers mainly based in Northern Italy. In your position you will be focused on maximizing sales results with the current portfolio of clients, creating value in our proposition and developing new markets and solutions. Your Responsibilities Will Include You will manage and develop current client portfolio according to company’s strategy, acting as a partner of choice, identifying valuable self-adhesive solutions You will profitably grow share of wallet of existing customers, taking advantage of company’s unvaluable product offer, being transversal on different verticals You will scout new markets and customers You will build long‐term relationships with accounts You will pivot within the organization to deliver a distinctive level of service to our clients You will contribute to deploying the commercial strategy to maximize short and medium‐term results, tailor making it to the local market You will work closely with marketing team to deliver technical trainings Who We Are Looking For You have 3 years’ experience in Commercial roles, possibly if in B2B sectors, and you are able to understand and influence main industries (Wine, Food, HPC, Cosmetic, Pharmaceutical) Ideally you have previous experience in the world of self‐adhesives labels (preferred), in packaging or printing industry or you had been part of any other sector giving service to printers (inks, equipment...) You have proven track record of driving sales and margin contribution in customers’ accounts You have demonstrated track record of working accurately in a structured environment with rigorous commercial excellence processes (e.g. margin monitoring, CRM, etc) You show commercial attitude and strong customer orientation and show a structured approach based on Sales Account plan You have strong analytical skills, with ability to develop different insights into the market/business You are good at problem solving, supporting proactively and actively to post‐sales phase You are known for your reliability, high energy, teamworking approach & excellent communication and people skills. You are proficient in Italian and English, both spoken and written What You Can Expect From Our Selection Process The selected profiles will meet the Sales Director - Italy, Human Resources Business Partners Sales & Marketing, Roll Sales & Marketing Director – FSA.
