Lavoropiù S.P.A. – filiale di Lucca – ricerca per azienda cliente la figura di:SERVICE SUPPORT SPECIALISTLa risorsa si occuperà in particolare delle seguenti attività:- Supporto al Service/Site Manager nelle attività di preventivazione e gestione dei servizi e materiali per la manutenzione di impianti civili e industriali- Partecipazione a sopralluoghi, anche in autonomia, per la definizione delle offerte in risposta alle richieste del cliente finale- Redazione di preventivi e consuntivi delle attività di cantiere utilizzando il prezzario DEI e/o i prezziari regionali- Collaborazione alla selezione e individuazione dei fornitori di servizi e materiali per interventi di manutenzione straordinaria (edile, elettrica, meccanica)- Supporto all'analisi dei costi dei materiali e alla valutazione delle offerte dei fornitori nel rispetto del budget assegnato- Verifica e controllo dei progetti tecnici a partire dalle specifiche definite- Collaborazione alla pianificazione degli ordini e alla compilazione degli ordini materiali- Verifica della consuntivazione dei costi relativi alle attività preventivate- Gestione e verifica della documentazione tecnica relativa alla manutenzione eseguita o da eseguire- Controllo della completezza della documentazione dei materiali presenti in sito- Raccolta e gestione della documentazione tecnica richiesta dagli enti certificatoriRequisiti:- Diploma o Laurea a indirizzo tecnico- Preferibile esperienza, anche minima, in aziende operanti nel settore degli impianti tecnologici meccanici, elettrici o energia- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese- Conoscenza dei principali strumenti di Office Automation- Conoscenza di AutoCAD- Conoscenza della normativa in materia di salute e sicurezza sul lavoro (D.Lgs. 81/08 – rischi specifici impiegati)- Disponibilità a trasferte brevi ma frequentiAltre informazioni:Massa (MS)Orario di lavoro: 8:00 – 17:00 (lunedì – venerdì)Inserimento: diretto in azienda, RAL indicativa 35.000 – 40.000 €
