Our client is one of the world's fastest-growing, tech-driven logistics giants that already dominates the e-commerce delivery space across Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East. They are now heavily investing to launch their European operations starting in Italy, offering a rare opportunity to build a business from scratch ('0 to 1') with the financial backing and stability of a multi-billion-dollar global enterprise.
Hub Management & Standardization:
Responsible for the overall daily management of the transit hub. Formulate and implement standardized hub operating procedures (SOPs), and strictly control on-site operations (unloading, sorting, loading) to ensure high efficiency and execution standards.
~ Hub & Route Planning:
Lead the strategic planning for the transit hub. Formulate comprehensive plans for route design, vehicle shift scheduling, and capacity allocation based on daily volumes, peak seasons, and network layouts.
~ Operational Quality Control:
Overall Operations Coordination:
Holistically coordinate sorting operations, capacity deployment, operational planning, and real-time monitoring/dispatching. Associate degree or above; majors in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields are preferred. (Note: Bachelor's degree or above is legally required for Italian Blue Card sponsorship).
Minimum of 3 years of operations management experience in logistics, express delivery, transportation, warehousing, hubs, or 3PL.
understand core segments such as hub operations, transit operations, vehicle dispatch, route planning, loading/unloading, sorting, and time-definite management.
Strong on-site management capabilities and stress resistance; able to drive joint problem-solving across stations, transportation, hubs, and customer service.
Possess a valid Italian work visa, or meet the requirements for working in Italy (e.g., eligible for an Italian Blue Card sponsor).
Italian and English can be used as a working language; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred.
