Let's build ventures with corporates together As a Senior Venture Architect, you will play a key role in managing project goals, guiding and mentoring a small team of Venture Analysts and Architects to deliver high-quality result, identifying opportunities for follow-on projects, and contributing to sales and business development efforts. What you will be doing - Take ownership of projects or specific workstreams, ensuring their successful delivery. - Act as a mentor for junior team members, providing guidance and fostering their growth. - Proactively manage project goals and deliverables, ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with client expectations. - Identify opportunities for follow-on projects and contribute to developing innovative solutions. - Actively support sales activities, including engaging in sparring sessions with Partners to generate new business opportunities.
