We invite you to be part of something bigger.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**• Support data-driven decisions and commercial strategy, designing and maintaining a reliable, accessible and consistent data ecosystem.• Partner with Marketing and Sales functions to align data insights with growth objectives and translate operational needs into scalable solutions.• Ensure operational effectiveness across key platforms and external stakeholders to support business processes and performance management.• Promote a digital and data-driven culture, acting as a change facilitator and coach for the adoption of innovative tools and methodologies.• Actively collaborate with the Global Customer Experience team, contributing to the definition and implementation of technological solutions that improve efficiency and service quality for our customers.**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS*** Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel, with a strong grasp of data visualization and analytics.* 5+ years experience in a similar role.* Proven experience in partnering with Sales and Marketing teams to drive strategic initiatives.* Strong business acumen and curiosity, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.* Demonstrated ability to translate tech passion into business impact, leading initiatives with ownership and vision.* Advanced proficiency in English & Italian.**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**• Base knowledge of Oracle, SAP, CRM Goose, GAC, Inside Sales, ESRA, Datalake platforms is a plus.• Experience in consulting or multinational companies is a valued asset.• Interest in Chefs and Food Service industry is considered an advantage.At Unilever, inclusion is at the heart of everything we do.
