Supervisione delle attività IT quotidiane per assicurare la continuità operativa dei servizi digitali aziendali
Pianificazione e gestione di interventi di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria su sistemi e infrastrutture
Supporto tecnico e operativo a utenti dislocati in sedi estere e locali, tramite strumenti di comunicazione remota
Analisi approfondita di incidenti tecnici, con approccio metodico al root cause analysis
Supporto tecnico durante le fasi di roll-out, test e post-deployment, garantendo la riuscita delle iniziative
