Team: Food & Beverage / Gestione Personale FOH Arena Milano (Milano)
Data di inizio ideale: Missione del Ruolo: La figura di Food & Beverage Manager riporterà al F& B Director di Arena Milano e sarà responsabile della gestione e del coordinamento del personale FOH (Front of House) del dipartimento Food & Beverage, garantendo l'efficienza operativa, l'ottimizzazione dei costi e il mantenimento degli standard qualitativi della venue.
Gestione del personale FOH:
Coordinare i team di sala, bar e accoglienza.
Pianificare e monitorare i turni di lavoro in base a flussi operativi e picchi di attività.
Garantire il rispetto delle policy aziendali e dell'immagine della venue. Supportare il F& B Director e gli Head of Department nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi economici. Formazione e SOPs:
Organizzare training periodici per il personale FOH.
Gestire le attività di stoccaggio, movimentazione e approvvigionamento nei diversi outlet. Requisiti Background accademico/professionale in Hospitality Management o settori affini. 4-5 anni di esperienza in ruoli simili in contesti F& B complessi (venue, hotel, stadi); Nice to have: esperienze in ambito di banqueting e catering. Competenze in pianificazione turni, controllo costi e procedure di inventario.
Conoscenza dell'italiano e buona padronanza dell'inglese.
