Cash is King, and Agicap fundamentally reshapes the way companies manage one of their greatest pain points. Our ambition is to become the global financial management solution for SMEs and Mid-Market companies worldwide. We have raised 4 rounds of funding, with prestigious VC funds including Greenoaks, Partech, BlackFin and most recently in November 2024 of €45M with AVP. These resources fuel our product innovation and support growth as we expand internationally across Europe. We are now over 500 people and focused on building a company where people can grow and build their careers. As a Partnership Manager at AGICAP, your role will be to replicate this success story and manage operations, develop business and increase profitability for our company in Italy. What you will do Very sales oriented, engage qualified partners, demo the AGICAP solution and negotiate new partnerships Explore and identify potential partners across sectors including financial consultants, system integrators and accounting firms Transform identified opportunities into successful partnerships by showcasing the ROI Agicap offers to partners and customers Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and key stakeholders Assist partners to drive sales and expand Agicap's reach among SMBs in Italy Facilitate onboarding for new partners, ensuring they are well-versed with Agicap's offerings Keep partners informed about the latest product releases and updates Plan and organize marketing events (webinars and physical events) in collaboration with partners and the marketing team Enhance Agicap's brand presence through participation in key exhibitions, events and industry gatherings Regularly report partnership performance and achievements to the management team Get to know how we sell and support our customers; onboarding is a comprehensive 1-month process and an opportunity to join the Agicap team What we are looking for Fluent/native Italian with full professional proficiency in English Sales experience in a SaaS environment 2–3 years of experience in Sales is a strong plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams Strong ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels, with potential to grow into leadership of partnerships Creative and consultative selling approach with advanced closing skills Competitive and driven to achieve goals; you are a "Hunter" and a "Do-er" Strong organization and ability to manage large quantities of information over time Enthusiasm and team spirit What we offer Growth opportunities and a chance to join our adventure Competitive salary Fast learning environment, entrepreneurship and team spirit An incredible team of entrepreneurs Friday beers and after-work activities with the team Hiring process 1st screening call with Talent Acquisition Online interview with Partnership Team Lead Final round in the office with VP of Sales What are you waiting for?
