Siamo un’osteria contemporanea: una cucina nazionale, dai sapori autentici , rivisitata in chiave moderna. a pranzo introduciamo alcuni fuori menu stagionali, bilanciati e ideali per pranzi di lavoro.

Esperienza documentata come Chef di Cucina in contesti simili
Capacità di gestione autonoma della cucina per circa 50 coperti
Leadership nella gestione del Sous Chef e del personale di supporto
Conoscenza delle norme HACCP e gestione ordini/forniture


Requisiti principali (Sous Chef)
Esperienza nel ruolo di Sous Chef / Aiuto Chef
Inserimento in un progetto giovane, ben curato e in espansione
Menu su cui portare la propria visione creativa
