About the role Job title: Principal Digital Product Manager - Demand This role belongs to TECH&PRODUCT department Location: Full remote or Hybrid (Milan) Full remote preferred locations: France, Germany, Italy (Milan), Spain, UK Employment type: Permanent, full time Salary range: 90-100K BONUS MEAL VOUCHERS What you\'ll do Our upper funnel demand team imagines the ideal experience for our consumers and works backwards, creating innovative products to delight our consumers as they search for our products and engage with our international websites Develop strategic and empathetic insight for our consumers Own and drive the overall roadmap for consumer engagement from first landing on our website to choosing the right product to buy, which may last from days to months Lead initiatives to better match consumer intents in time and space with effective digital solutions that increase engagement and utility Maintain and prioritize the product backlog for driving business and user outcomes Drive alignment across product teams (Technology, Design, User Research) and key cross-functional partners (Marketing, Global Operations, Customer Support, Trust, etc.) to ensure initiatives are prioritized for wider roll-out or piloted to test and learn Proven experience with end-to-end product delivery (writing product requirements and specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, user flows, and wireframes) Extensive experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Extensive experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product Rapid prototyping, validate your strategy, run quick analyses and more using AI LLM-based tools What we\'re looking for 8 years of experience in product management roles in digital-first or technology-led product companies Demonstrated success in crafting and scaling international consumer products, with measurable impact on user engagement and business KPIs Strong analytical mindset Practical experience in user research and UI/UX Hands-on experience across all stages of the product life cycle and in AI tools to boost individual and team productivity Extensive experience working with cross-functional teams Excellent project management, scheduling and prioritisation skills You will love working at WeRoad if You dream big, aim higher, and push yourself beyond limits you didn't think possible.
