Airfire Spa, azienda specializzata nell'antincendio, è alla ricerca di un/a Responsabile ufficio Tesoreria. La risorsa ricercata avrà un ruolo chiave nel presidiare in modo strategico e integrato l'intero ciclo economico/finanziario dell'azienda, in stretta collaborazione con il CFO e altre figure della BU Amministrazione finanza e controllo.
Controllo quotidiano dei saldi dei conti correnti del Gruppo, gestione delle manovre di copertura e ottimizzazione dei saldi.
Gestione dei rapporti con i gestori delle banche del Gruppo, cura della contrattualistica per i conti correnti bancari (apertura e chiusura conti, invio documentazione societaria, aggiornamenti su comunicazioni di rinnovi CDA, nomine, deleghe, procure, ecc..)
Supervisione dei finanziamenti, mutui e tassi bancari, controllo del calcolo degli interessi e gestione dei pagamenti.
Gestione della contrattualistica intercompany, inclusi contratti di conti correnti intercompany, mandato di cash pooling, finanziamenti con società estere e finanziamenti soci.
Gestione delle fidejussioni attive e passive, mandati di credito, monitoraggio delle scadenze e svincoli.
Redazione dei bilanci, budget e revised budget per la parte finanziaria delle società del Gruppo.
Creazione di report finanziari per le società di consulenza e per i revisori, redazione di cash flow previsionale e consuntivo.
Redazione del cash flow previsionale in linea con il piano industriale, sincronizzazione dei saldi disponibili e coordinamento delle linee guida del budget.
Almeno 5-10 anni di esperienza consolidata nel ruolo di Treasury Manager o in ambiti simili,
Contratto a tempo indeterminato 5 categoria CCNL Metalmeccanica PMI,
La sede è Roma, Via del Maggiolino 151, orario full time dal lunedì al venerdì dalle ore 09.00 alle 18.00
