Backend Tech Lead

La figura che cerchiamo avrà una forte esperienza nello sviluppo backend e nella guida tecnica del team. Avrà un ruolo chiave nella progettazione dell’architettura, nelle scelte tecnologiche e nel coordinamento dello sviluppo delle soluzioni software.

Progettazione e sviluppo di applicazioni backend scalabili e performanti
Definizione dell’architettura software e delle best practice di sviluppo
Leadership tecnica e mentoring del team di sviluppatori
Revisione del codice e garanzia della qualità del software
Collaborazione con team frontend, product e stakeholder
Gestione e ottimizzazione delle API e dei servizi backend

Requisiti tecnici:

Ottima conoscenza di PHP
Esperienza consolidata con Laravel
js
Conoscenza di architetture RESTful e/o API
Esperienza con database relazionali (MySQL/PostgreSQL) e versionamento Git
Familiarità con principi di clean code, design pattern e testing

Esperienza pregressa in ruolo di Tech Lead o Senior Backend Developer
Capacità di prendere decisioni tecniche e guidare il team
