Over 5 years of hands-on experience within an influential industrial powerhouse or a recognized strategy consultancy. ~ You have strong expertise in Operations and a proven ability to drive strategic transformation in line with Operational Excellence and Industry 5.0 principles. ~ You’re fluent in Italian and English (other European languages will be considered as a plus - German) - enabling you to connect and collaborate globally. ~ You’re ready and willing to travel nationally and internationally, bringing fresh perspectives and insights wherever they’re needed.
