Minimum Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Higher STPM & above in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel, or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in F&B or a related field is required for this position.
  • Required Language(s): English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Preferably specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
  • Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift duty.
  • Willing to relocate.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Managing all aspects of operating an outlet and responsible for building, leading & managing a team in a fun environment whilst driving sales.
  • Responsibilities include:
  • Leading a store team to create and maintain a great experience for our customers and employees by supervising and directing, making staffing decisions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing the financial performance of the store.
  • Handling and managing the team, recruiting the right people, managing rosters, and staff costs.
  • Ensuring efficient operations according to Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Stock handling, inventory counting, and managing Cost of Goods.
  • Driving sales to meet targets and looking for further opportunities to grow sales.
  • Monitoring and meeting performance KPIs.
  • Communicating effectively with team members.
  • Working professionally - with a personal touch.
