We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer – Motor Design to join our Motors & Drives R& D team in Senago. The position involves close collaboration with electrical motor designers, R& D, manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams to deliver high-performance, industry-leading products. Design mechanical components and subsystems for electric motors, from concept to production Ensure designs meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications Materials & Manufacturing Engineering Select appropriate materials and surface treatments to balance durability, thermal performance, and cost Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize designs for machining, casting, molding, and assembly Work closely with cross-functional teams (R& D, manufacturing, procurement, quality) to align on mechanical requirements, risks, and dependencies Provide mechanical engineering input during customer discussions when required Prepare and maintain clear, structured mechanical documentation and design records Support training and knowledge-sharing activities to strengthen mechanical engineering capabilities across the organization Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g. Solid understanding of materials engineering Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and precision Willingness to travel occasionally for project meetings, testing, and collaboration with global teams Proficiency in Microsoft Office English proficiency at B2–C1 level The chance to contribute to sustainable, energy-efficient solutions with global impact
