General Role The Cashier is responsible for ensuring and supporting all cashiering and accounting activities based on the specific needs and providing the most memorable customer journey during the final boutique experience. Main Responsibilities Open and close the cash register and control the effective payments. Attend clients during their final steps of purchase and check cash transactions associated to the different payments and clients. Support customers providing all type of information, including aftersales product care suggestions. Perform all in-store sales transactions, record sales and payments. Set up the till and cash up, manage banking authorisations, and assist foreign customers with tax refund procedures. Contribute to all or part of the store's daily back‐office operations to support selling teams. Help to implement and apply procedures. Ensure that data is entered into the system and that IT tools are updated. Collect and update client data, in accordance with privacy policy and company procedures. Be a storyteller, suggesting and surprising, delivering quality and consistency of service to develop client relationships and sales services, taking part in morning briefing activities. Play an active role in customers' events and animations whenever needed. Willing to work temporarily. Fixed‐term contract with expected full‐time working hours. Profile Bachelor's degree preferably in accounting or an equivalent academic background. Fluency in Italian and English. A third language will be considered an advantage. Professional background: previous experience in similar positions, preferably in a luxury goods boutique. Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and IT tools. Professionalism, enthusiasm, dynamism, ease of integration and teamwork complete the profile. Additional Requirements Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer service orientation. Team player mentality to build meaningful relationships and ability to work autonomously. Availability, flexibility and dynamism to function in a high‐pace environment.
