Il tuo compito è quello di attivare delle strategie innovative per lo sviluppo sostenibile del settore Food. Con l’obiettivo di definire programmi strategici pluriennali, sarai in stretto contatto con i decisori e i rappresentanti delle imprese del settore e in modo sinergico con persone di riferimento interne all'azienda. Insieme al tuo team e a colleghi di altre aree di competenza, fornirai consulenza alle aziende altoatesine per realizzare insieme progetti innovativi.Quali sono i tuoi compiti:Ricerca e analisi delle tendenze e degli sviluppi del mercato nel settore alimentare con l'obiettivo di sviluppare strategie per il settore e fornire consulenza alle aziende del settore;Scambio continuo di strategie, programmi e risultati con i decisori regionali del settore, come i rappresentanti delle associazioni, della Provincia dell'Alto Adige e degli imprenditori;Pianificazione e attuazione di programmi e progetti strategici, compresa la strategia di finanziamento;Sensibilizzazione delle aziende alle tendenze e alle opportunità del mercato per promuovere lo sviluppo di progetti innovativi;Creare reti e promuovere la cooperazione tra le aziende;Partecipazione a gruppi di lavoro interni interfunzionali per fornire una consulenza completa a 360° alle aziende altoatesine;Consulenza tecnica, soprattutto nello sviluppo di prodotti e servizi;Gestione e sviluppo continuo di un team di progetto;Adozione e implementazione di metodi e strumenti di lavoro agili, in linea con gli sviluppi a livello aziendale.I requisiti indispensabili sono:Laurea in una materia pertinente al ruolo o in economiaEsperienza lavorativa nel campo dell'innovazioneEsperienza lavorativa rilevante in organizzazioni e/o aziende nel settore alimentareBuone competenze linguistiche in tedesco, italiano e ingleseI requisiti preferenziali sono:Pensiero strategico e buone capacità organizzativeModo di lavorare autonomo e orientato agli obiettiviElevato orientamento al clienteCompetenze di project managementPropensione al lavoro in team e ottime capacità di comunicazioneAzione orientata alla soluzione e pensiero imprenditorialeCosa offriamoGestione flessibile dell’orario lavorativoPossibilità di smart working fino a due volte a settimanaLavoro autonomo e di responsabilitàUn team dinamico ed appassionatoTipo di contratto: rapporto di lavoro impiegatizio secondo il CCNL del terziario, della distribuzione e dei serviziOrario di lavoro: tempo pieno (40 ore)Sede di lavoro: BolzanoCome candidarsi:Le candidature vengono continuamente esaminate dal nostro staff di recruiting dopo la ricezione tramite il nostro portale e i colloqui vengono organizzati individualmente.
