Overview In this role you will manage finance operations and ensure tax compliance for local regulations. You will support statutory reporting, payroll coordination, and regular audits, contributing to efficient, compliant financial processes. You'll collaborate with other departments and lead or participate in accounting projects to improve reporting accuracy and controls. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to shape financial operations within a metalworking company that values accuracy and efficiency. Retribuzione / Benefits Permanent contract Salary starting from 40,000 EUR gross per year Higher starting point for experienced candidates White-collar employee, CCNL Metalworking Industry Responsabilità Ensure high-quality finance operations and fiscal declarations Guarantee compliance of accounting documents with local laws and tax regulations Maintain day-to-day financial, accounting, administrative, and fiscal services Prepare monthly and periodic statutory reporting Prepare official reports and tax returns Coordinate payroll with outsourcing partner Perform bookkeeping and ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Business Controller Involvement in all audit processes and preparation of reports, statements and reconciliations Provide accurate and timely figures; raise red flags when needed Stay updated on accounting and tax changes and inform colleagues Follow internal procedures and rules Implement accounting procedures within the department Support other departments with financial and fiscal information Participate or lead internal accounting and reporting projects Use company assets efficiently and cost-consciously Manage filing, storage, and security of documents Oversee credit and collection activities and improve related KPIs Improve efficiency in the accounting department Requisiti fondamentali ~ Very good knowledge of Excel ~ Good knowledge of English (spoken and written) ~ Good knowledge of local and fiscal regulations ~ Ability to work efficiently under pressure ~ Attention to detail and confidentiality ~ Proactive with warning signal identification and action planning ~ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for fiscal and accounting issues ~5-8 years experience in a similar role ~ Strong knowledge of Financial, Fiscal and Management Accounting ~ Good understanding of ERP systems; experience with PowerBI ~ Degree in Economics ~ Good communication skills ~ Good interpersonal skills ~ Organized, methodical work style ~ Excel (advanced) ~ PowerBI ~ ERP systems knowledge
