As the Senior Partner, you will be at the forefront of our Italian operations, playing a pivotal role in shaping our strategic direction and driving business success. You will have the autonomy to develop and execute innovative strategies that align with our company’s goals, ensuring that Versatilist continues to be a leader in technology consulting.

Responsibilities

Leadership and Management: Lead and manage Versatilist’s operations in Italy, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Strategic Development: Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and market presence in Italy. Your strategic vision will help position Versatilist as the go-to consultancy for technology solutions.

Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners. You will be the face of Versatilist in Italy, representing our commitment to client success and satisfaction.

Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of high-quality consulting services, ensuring client satisfaction and successful project outcomes. Your expertise will ensure that our services exceed client expectations.

Team Mentorship: Mentor and guide a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Your leadership will inspire and develop our talented team.

Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base in the region. Your entrepreneurial spirit will drive our growth and open new doors for Versatilist.

Industry Representation: Represent Versatilist at industry events, conferences, and forums. You will be our ambassador, enhancing our brand presence and thought leadership.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the consulting industry, with a track record of success.

Strong understanding of the Italian market and business landscape, with a deep network of industry contacts.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.

Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and achieve targets, with a results-oriented mindset.

Experience in managing client relationships and delivering consulting services, with a commitment to excellence.

Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions, with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach.

Fluency in Italian and English, with strong cultural awareness and adaptability.
